Payments are accepted through PayPal, including Credit Cards. If you must pay by PayPal check, I will accept it, however it will delay the delivery of your purchase, as I will need to wait for the check to clear before I can ship out your product!
Due to unfortunate attempts at scams, I no longer accept money orders or personal check via mail.
I use delivery confirmation codes on all shipments. If you know that the postal service will leave a package at your front step, rather than in your mailbox, it is important that you declare this at the time of purchase, as I will add signature confirmation into the shipping. If the post office reports that the package was delivered to your residence, and you did not have signature confirmation, then RMC must assume that it was received and will not be responsible for missing or stolen items that were left at a front door.
If you are unhappy with your product please let me know immediately. I will work with you to make it right. If you are stilI unhappy, I will accept full returns within 30days of you receiving the package. I am unable to reimburse any shipping cost, including what it takes to ship back to me, but you will receive the full amount back for the piece that you bought. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Customers are responsible for all Customs Fees, VAT Taxes, etc. Please take this into account when ordering. RMC will not pay for any of these fees. It is the sole responsibility to pay these if required in order to receive your order from the postal service. Refused shipments will not be refunded unless returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received returned in new condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) ordered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom orders are welcome. A deposit of 50% of the total for all items will be required before I begin the order. Full payment is required before shipping the item(s). Custom orders are Non-Refundable.
